Delta offers Group pricing to 10 or more people traveling on the same itinerary.

Minimum Requirement

10 or more passengers; all passengers in a group must have at least one common flight segment.

Maximum Group Capacity

Capacity restrictions will apply and may vary by city and season.

Group Fares

Group fares are offered and may vary based on travel dates and destination.  No Children’s or Senior discounts are offered.

Fees, Surcharges and Taxes

Unless otherwise indicated in your group contract, fuel surcharges, security fees, customs and immigration charges, PFCs, taxes, and any other charges which may apply at the time of ticketing are not guaranteed. Fees, surcharges, and taxes may vary by market.

Ticketing Requirements

Ticketing requirements may vary depending on deposit, advance booking, point of origin, and destination.

Name Changes

Name changes prior to ticketing are allowed at no fee. Name changes after ticketing are allowed with an associated fee. Addintional restrictions may apply.

Voluntary Changes

Changes to bookings are permitted within the group contract guidelines; applicable fare difference and change fees will apply.

Utilization Penalties

Penalties may apply for seats not ticketed.

Booking Fee & Deposits

All new ad-hoc group bookings will require:

  • A non-refundable per passenger booking fee:
    • The booking fee will be collected at the time of booking
    • The booking fee is in addition to the group deposit described below
       
  • A group deposit:
    • For bookings greater than 90 days from travel, deposit is generally due within 14 days
    • For bookings 89-61 days from travel, deposit is generally due within 5 days of booking or by day 60 from departure, whichever comes first
    • At utilization, Deposits become non-refundable for cancellations 89-61 days from departure

Deposit requirements may vary based on travel dates and destination.

Stopovers

Stopover fees may apply and are generally governed by the fare rules.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable; may be used for future travel, subject to applicable fare difference and change fee.

General Group Booking Information

All terms and conditions of the contract secured at the time of booking will remain in place, provided there are no changes. Subsequent voluntary changes will result in standard group renegotiations with bulk ticket status as the single option.

Bulk Ticketing Reminder 
  • All mark ups completed on bulk ticketing must be contained in a separate transaction in the agency’s own systems.

  • The group net due amount for group bulk tickets is the only amount that is to be reflected on a Delta Auditor's coupon (any other amount is subject to debit memos).
