Duplicate Ticket Refunds   

Travel agents may request a refund for a duplicate ticket issued with identical name(s), flight(s), date(s) but different ticket number(s), issued on DL006 ticket stock.

Documentation

Document the agency PNR in the OSI remarks that a duplicate ticket was issued. Travel agents should include both DL006 ticket numbers and indicate which ticket number should be refunded.

For example: OSI DL DUPLICATE TICKET 0061234567890 and 0061234567891-REFUNDED

Refund Requests Available Through Delta or ARC

Travel agents may contact ARC or Delta to process a refund for a duplicate ticket.

Refund Request via ARC

Travel agencies that report through ARC settlement may request a refund for the duplicate ticket through their GDS. Additional information is available for travel agencies that report via BSP.
