Cancellation and Change Fee Policy - Travel Agency Responsibility

It is the travel agency’s responsibility to inform its prospective or ticketed customers of additional fare collections, restrictions and/or fees associated with a cancellation or change to a reservation.

Please refer to the individual fare rules in the GDS to determine if there are any cancellation and/or change fee restrictions or for any possible exceptions.

NOTE: Fees on refundable tickets for excursion fares will apply even if the GDS failed to print a cancellation or change fee message in the endorsement box of the ticket.
