Ticketing - Compliance with Applicable Laws or Regulations
Delta requires that all Delta-accredited travel agents comply fully with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the issuance and sale of Delta tickets. Failure by an agency to comply with any applicable law or regulation may result in appropriate action by Delta. This action may include, without limitation, the issuance of a debit memo for indemnification of any expense or loss incurred by Delta as a result of the agent's violation pursuant to Section XI.B of the ARC Agent Reporting Agreement, and/or termination of the agent's appointment as a Delta-accredited agent. It is the agent’s responsibility to be familiar with all applicable laws and regulations and to ensure that its conduct is full compliance with those laws and regulations at all times.
