Reporting Ticket Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, and Ticketing Abuse
To report information or suspicion about potential ticket fraud, please email Delta at DLTravelAgencyCCFraud@delta.com. Reporting can be confidential.
If reporting a tip regarding credit card fraud on a ticket issued by a travel agency, Delta is unable to take any action on the ticket unless a police report has been filed by the cardholder or agency and travel has not taken place on the ticket. If any travel has occurred, no action can be taken by Delta Air Lines.
