Need to make changes to a passenger’s ticket after check-in, or see the real-time status of any Delta ticket? Now you can do it yourself.

We have two self-service applications on Delta Professional that allow you to cancel check-in or see real-time ticket status online – saving time and a call to Delta Global Sales Support.


CHANGES AFTER CHECK-IN ARE NO PROBLEM.

At Delta, we constantly strive to improve our products and services based on your feedback. You ask, and we deliver. Our latest investment? Giving you greater control of ticket changes.

You now have access to a self-service Cancel Check-In application, allowing ticket changes for travelers directly through the GDS.

Here’s how it works:

1. Log in to Delta Professional

2. Navigate to “Cancel Check-in” in the Apps & Reports section under My Dashboard and click the “Launch” button

3. Enter a traveler’s information and click “Start”

4. Review details for all tickets on the PNR and then click “Cancel Check-ins” to cancel all eligible check-ins on that traveler’s PNR.


THE VISIBILITY YOU NEED FOR EVERY TICKET.

Delta has heard your requests for a digital solution that allows you to see the real-time status of any Delta ticket, and our self-service Ticket Status application is the answer. Now, you can see the status of every ticket for a specific traveler in one convenient module.

Using a simple search tool, you can quickly and easily locate any ticket at any time and search the status of a ticket by PNR or Ticket Number.

Here’s how it works:

1. Log in to Delta Professional

2. Navigate to “Ticket Status” application in the Apps & Reports section under My Dashboard and select “Launch”

3. Enter a PNR or ticket number, the traveler’s information, then select “Search”

4. Review the status and details of the ticket(s)
