Delta, Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic Joint Display Guidelines

We know international travel can be complex and we’ve heard from you a desire to simplify the booking experience for both your agents and your travelers. Because of this feedback, Delta, Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic are the first airline partners to develop a joint set of display guidelines to help provide a clear and consistent booking experience for both customers and agents.

The new Joint Display Guidelines are a result of a collaboration between Delta, Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic to align the booking experience regardless of the channel that the travel is booked on. These guidelines outline expectations to offer the B2B community a unique opportunity to innovate the user experience by ensuring consistency across channels, transparency of product attributes, and a full choice of all products.

Delta manages the implementation of the new display guidelines and also represents Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic for customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic will lead the conversations representing all the four joint venture partners throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa, the Middle East, and India. Applying the new joint display guidelines to shopping displays will continue to build mutual customer trust by ensuring that fares, products, and features are displayed clearly and accurately across all channels.

Joint Display Guideline Benefits

If you have any questions about this, please contact your Delta Sales Account Executive. Delta, Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic encourage the B2B community to adopt Display Guidelines and offer a world-class experience for customers regardless of what device they are using.
