Improvements are being made to the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class Wing check-in and security at London Heathrow Airport from now through May 2024, and access may be affected during certain periods of time. 

From now until 21 February, the Upper Class Wing drop off, check in and private security lane are open, but there’s a temporary entrance into the Upper Class Wing from the terminal. Upon arrival, customers should follow the signs to the temporary entrance on the right.

From 22 February - 28 February, the Upper Class Wing will be fully closed and customers are advised to use the Terminal 3 departures drop-off and check-in desks located on the ground floor of Zone A, before being directed to Heathrow Fast Track security on level 1. 

From 29 February to 13 May, The Upper Class Wing drop off and check in area will be open, but the private security lane will not. During this time, customers are advised to proceed to Heathrow Fast Track security, Level 1 after checking in and dropping their bags.

The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse will remain open to eligible guests during this time.
