Delta Queues - PNR Discrepancy, Seats and CHML for DL*/AF or KL-operated Flights   

 Delta provides queues for travel agencies to request assistance with PNR Discrepancies, seat request synchronization and Child Meal requests on a Delta-marketed, KL or AF-operated flight. Information and queues are provided below. Once a request is queued, travel agents should allow at least 24 hours for a response.

Please note: For best queuing results, please remove any segments from the itinerary that are not confirmed (i.e. HX, UN, NO, UC, etc.). Exception, a WL segment does not need to be removed. 

PNR Documentation Required Prior to Queuing

In order to help process PNR discrepancies, seat synchronization requests, or requests for a Child Meal on a DL*/AF or KL-operated flight, Delta requires travel agents to put a comment in the phone field or remarks field of the PNR to explain what assistance is needed. For example:

ATTN DL, please advise DL record locator for all flights

ATTN DL, have changed return flights and need DL acknowledgement

ATTN DL, please sync seats for JFKAMS flight

ATTN DL, please assist with CHML request

Travel agents should never use an OSI or an SSR for these comments. Please contact your GDS help desk if you need assistance with GDS specific entries to enter a comment in a phone field or remarks field.  For any additional questions, please contact Delta/KLM Sales Support or Delta Reservations for assistance.
