One of the highlights of the international Film industry, the Cannes Film Festival ups the glitz and glamour stakes on the already chic French Riviera. As the stars of the silver screen get red carpet-ready, Delta and Air France are boosting nonstop services between Nice and the United States.

Delta Air Lines will operate daily nonstop flights to both New York-JFK and Atlanta, resuming seasonal flights to the Big Apple on 26 March 2023, and launching a new Atlanta route on 13 May 2023. Delta’s Nice flights will operate using recently refurbished Boeing 767-400 aircraft featuring all four Delta cabin experiences. From the luxury of a fully flat-bed seat in Delta One and a spacious seat with more recline in Delta Premium Select, to Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin, customers will find an elevated onboard experience wherever they sit.

Meanwhile, responding to demand from customers in the entertainment, production and creative industries, Air France, the official partner of the Cannes Film Festival, will operate special nonstop flights on the 15, 22 and 29 May 2023 between Los Angeles and Nice. The flights will be operated by Airbus A350-900 aircraft.

The extra flights are also great news for F1 enthusiasts, with Nice being only a short distance from Monaco, home to the famous Grand Prix that takes place between 26-28 May, 2023.

Air France will also operate 4 special nonstop flights between New York JFK and Nice for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, taking place between June 19 and 23, 2023. These special flights will be operated by Boeing 777-300ER fitted with Air France’s new long-haul cabins, with departures from New York on 17 and 18 June, 2023, and return flights from Nice on 23 and 24 June.
