Delta takes onboard tastes to new heights
New Delta One menu selections, a refreshed wine offering and the ability for Delta Premium Select customers to pre-select their preferred meal before they fly are amongst the highlights of Delta’s latest onboard service refresh.
New flavours in Delta One
Delta’s onboard menu is regularly refreshed and seasonally inspired. Delta One customers on select flights from Atlanta can enjoy new flavours from Chef Mashama Bailey, winner of the 2022 James Beard Foundation’s “Outstanding American Chef” award. The Executive Chef and cofounder of The Grey, an award-winning restaurant in Savannah, Chef Bailey’s new menu includes creole shrimp with creamy grits and tomato gravy and grilled bratwurst with braised red cabbage, herb mashed potatoes, green beans and a grain mustard demi-glace.
To accompany their dessert or cheese platter, international Delta One customers can now enjoy a glass of Quinta do Noval 10-Year Tawny Port. This Portuguese classic port is blended from extensively cask-aged wines that take on a nutty, toffee-like complexity.
More choice in Delta Premium Select
Delta Premium Select customers will soon be able to personalize their experience on board with the option to pre-select meals before their travel – one of several enhancements to Delta Premium Select that will begin from March.
Delta puts the fizz into Main Cabin
Main Cabin customers can now relax on board with Ethic Drinks “Tchin” Sparkling Wine, a delicious, eco-forward wine made with sustainable practices.
Special meals
Delta offers a variety of meals, like vegetarian, diabetic, low-sodium and low-cholesterol meals to comply with special dietary and religious requirements on most flights that have scheduled meal service. Special meals must be requested at least 24 hours prior to travel.
