Retroactive Commission Claims   

Travel agencies should follow the steps below when claiming commission retroactively.

When ticketing against a standard base, point-of-sale bonus or AIP commission program, eligible accounts should claim commission at time of ticketing. Requests received for retroactive commission where the correct commission was not applied will not be processed on transactions if the request is more than one (1) year from ticket issue date.

Travel agents should submit the credit memo request in a timely manner to the following email address:
