Published Fares

Delta/KLM will charge a debit memo fee of $75.00 USD/CAD for any electronic or paper ticket issued through a GDS that does not include at least one Delta (DL), KLM (KL), Air France (AF), Alitalia (AZ), Virgin Atlantic (VS), Aeromexico (AM) or Korean Air (KE) flight segment.

Private Fares

Delta/KLM will charge a debit memo fee of $75.00 USD/CAD for any electronic or paper ticket issued through a GDS that includes another carrier's private fare.
