Refunds and PNR Documentation* Delta is offering an exception for any customer with tickets issued on or before October 11, 2023 with impacted travel dates between October 7, 2023, and September 6, 2024. For these customers, Delta is allowing refunds for wholly unused or partially used tickets. Travel agents must document the PNR with the OSI below and may issue a refund for tickets that are wholly unused; no waiver code is required. For partially used tickets, please use the Travel Agent Travel Exception Policy Online Refund form linked below. If a customer’s flight is cancelled by Delta due to this event, and no other alternate flights are acceptable, travel agents may refund totally unused non-refundable ticket(s) through normal ARC/BSP processing. PNR must be documented with the following OSI: DL REFUNDED PER IL SECURITY 07OCT23 Note: the OSI message must be added before the itinerary is canceled.
