Partnering with Air France-KLM and Alitalia allows us to offer more service and convenience via the world’s largest trans-Atlantic network.  Together, we offer over 250 daily trans-Atlantic flights.  Our Joint Venture (JV) offers customers access to over 300 destinations in North America and more than 250 destinations in Europe, Asia and Latin America. 

Collectively, we offer service to six continents and provide more choices and seamless airline-to-airline connections from seven main hubs: Amsterdam, Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York-JFK, Paris-CDG, Rome-Fiumicino, together with Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Seattle. 

Joint Venture Contracts

Through our four-way JV partnership, agency partners benefit from one point of contact to answer contract questions and provide timely updates.  Additionally, JV contracts feature the added convenience of one set of terms and conditions covering all four carriers. We have dedicated reservation centers in North America and Europe also available to provide assistance when needed. 

Antitrust Immunity

Our JV is enhanced with U.S. and European trans-Atlantic antitrust immunity.  This allows us to work together to insure that we offer the best trans-Atlantic coverage, the most competitive fares and flight schedule frequencies to provide customers with the flexibility needed to simplify their travel.  Customers also benefit from our harmonized ground and in-flight service.
